I recently made the switch to eSalon after having my roots done at a salon, every 4 weeks, for over 15 years. The expense and inconvenience of working a salon visit into my busy schedule motivated me to try eSalon. I am very happy with the products and service I have received. The color is high quality and matched my salon formula exactly! I still visit my salon for cuts and the occasional keratin treatment, but no longer get my roots done. The instructions are very easy to follow and the color looks fantastic. If you're considering doing your own root touch up, give it a shot. I am so glad I did.

I had asked for the color to be lightened a little. I am a brunette and thought my color was a bit too dark. With the rather unspecific color change request the color was spot on!!! I was thrilled. It was just light enough that it was exactly what I wanted!! Great job by the stylist who mixed my color!

Nach anfänglicher Skepsis war ich ziemlich zufrieden mit dem Kundenservice, der per Mail über alle Schritte übersichtlich informiert.
Dann kam "endlich" meine Box nach Hause. Allein diese hat schon Lust aufs Ausprobieren gemacht.
Die Handhabung und Anleitung hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Farbergebnis ist brilliant. Die Haare aufgrund der qualitiv hochwertigen mitgeschickten Produkte (Proben) sehr weich, glänzend und gepflegt.
Alles in allem bin ich begeistert und froh, mich für ein Abo entschieden zu haben.

I tried a medium brown semi-permanent hair dye from eSalon, and overall it was a really positive experience. What stood out most is that the formula is customised, so the shade feels more natural and tailored compared to typical box dyes. The colour came out rich and glossy, with a soft, multi-dimensional brown rather than a flat tone.
Application was straightforward, and the included kit made it feel more like a salon process at home. The formula also felt conditioning—my hair didn’t feel dry afterwards, which is common with some dyes. Semi-permanent colour like this generally coats the hair rather than penetrating deeply, so it fades gradually over a few weeks without harsh regrowth lines .
That said, the colour did come out slightly darker than expected at first, which seems to be a common experience with at-home dyes. It softened nicely after a few washes, though. If you’re looking for a low-commitment, natural-looking brunette shade with a bit of shine, this is a solid option.

Die Anwendung des Colorset ist hervorragend erklärt.
Hochwertige Qualität und das Auftragen der Coloration fühlt sich angenehm auf der Kopfhaut an.
Farbe genau wie beschrieben.
Leider sind bei mir am Ansatz nicht alle grauen Haare abgedeckt worden.
Aber ansonsten ein sehr gutes Ergebnis.

I wanted to cover my gray and add subtle blonde. This exceeded my expectations and left my hair gray free, frizz free and sooooo soft. I was skeptical at first, but they hit it out of the park!

Ich bin schwer zufrieden zu stellen, was meine Haare angeht.
Mit der Farbe aus dem Drogeriemarkt war ich unglaublich unglücklich( Frisör für meine Haare Ansatz schon 150 EUR) ich bin grau und wollte einen gut gedeckten Ansatz ohne Lücken und natürlich ohne Flecken, gleichmäßig bekam ich sie nie hin ( Locken)
Nun endlich bin ich soooo zufrieden. Gleichmäßige Farbe sooo schön ( nicht mit der Drogeriefarbe zu vergleichen) vom Ansatz bis zu den Spitzen.
Es war mir wichtig, endlich eine gute Farbe ohne Ammoniak zu bekommen!
Keine verklebten Locken mehr...
Leider nach drei Stunden feststellen müssen, dass meine Kopfhaut etwas wund ist, ich werde das weiter beobachten...

I love the consistency and especially the colour. My hair looks rich in colour but very natural, and is lovely soft and shiny. The personal instructions are fantastic and easy to follow. Will never go back to boxed high street hair dyes!

la couleur est lumineuse et couvre bien mes cheveux blancs .
Sans ammoniaque c'est moins agressif je pense .
Je recommande ces produits et vais continuer à les commander car de plus on peut moduler la couleur et les coloristes sont au top !

I have not colored my hair at home for years. My hairdresser recently quit, so I was nervous to do it myself. I LOVE the color your stylist helped me with. My hair looks amazing. And the texture and shine of my hair looks great too.

I was a skeptic! I'm so happy! I followed all instructions including sending photos and the color match is perfect. The instructions are clear, it takes so much less time than the salon, and the results last as long as the salon. And it's a FRACTION of the price of the salon! I hated feeling dependent on the salon's schedule, now I'm free! This service ROCKS.

Das Color Set von Esalon verwende ich bereits seit über einem Jahr und ich bin wirklich begeistert! Die Farbe wirkt sehr natürlich und die Haare sind mit der Coloration auch nicht angegriffen. Im Gegenteil - sie werden gepflegt und behalten über Wochen eine wirklich gute Struktur! Das habe ich bei Präparaten aus Drogerie-Märkten nie erlebt…. Esalon nutzt nun auch eine Freundin - das sieht man!!

This had to be the best hair dye I’ve used. It was very easy to follow the instructions. The end result was absolutely perfect unlike any other dye used before. This dye looked so natural. It is a lovely kit as you get absolutely everything in it that’s needed

Well after seeing adverts several times decided to give it a go. Loved the personal way to choose your own colour.on arrival it was lovely box and things inside. My daughter did it for me it was lovely experience and the overall colour great. Covered my greys two weeks in still shiny and colour same. Excellent

I love I everything about my product. It seems to cover so much better and last longer. The color is beautiful and when I’m done my hair is soft and shiny. I’m somehow getting ahead on my date cycles. I have 4 boxes of color. I need you to stop sending boxes. Please start again in July.

So was a little skeptical but had high hopes for this to work. My best friend typically does my hair but recently he stopped doing hair. So I'm looking for options. This happened to come across my feed and I was like...mmm 🤔 let's try it for $15, sure!! Also a big reason why I was looking bc I just had a double hip replacement so going anywhere right now is difficult. This process was easy and my boyfriend helped me. The color is exactly what I had before. It's wild how close it is. I am impressed and they have a new customer. I'm also getting my mom on to this.

Ich habe dieses Produkt das erste Mal gekauft. Mit der Schritt für Schritt Anleitung super einfach anzuwenden. Von dem Ergebnis bin ich super positiv überrascht. Es sieht sehr natürlich aus und es ist eine tolle Farbe. Besonders gut war, daß nachfragen nach coloriertem Haar oder naturbelassem Haar. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

It's so easy to use, great coverage and if I have any questions or little changes, my stylist amends the formula and it's perfect each time. I have a sensitive scalp, and using the ammonia free, has been a game changer. I never have any issues, great tutorials/support, and my hair looks just like out of the salon at a fraction of the cost!

I have been using Esalon for years, I have never had professional training in hair color but with the professional staff to answer all my questions and walk me through coloring my hair I may be a professional now! First time and after a lot of disasters in my time from hairdressers and at home I thought I’d try these. Wow, I ordered medium brown and that what it’s come out as, not dark, not black just a natural medium brown. Easy to apply, fool proof instructions and a gorgeous shine. Also it doesn’t stain like other dyes or have that horrible feel . Long term customer now with no grey hairs

I am a frequent salon goer and have spent thousands. I moved and couldn’t find a salon I liked as my hair started looking dry and damaged. I came across the add on instagram. I love my custom color! I asked for an adjustment and it turned out beautifully. The color is very close to my natural color but covers my grays (I have a lot) and it is shiny and dimensional. I’ve never been good at dyeing my own hair but the instructions make it so easy. I love that I get salon results without the salon price. I will be a customer for a long time!!

Pour la première fois depuis que je colore mes cheveux, et ça fait un certain nombre d'années, je suis absolument ravie du résultat. Le rendu est naturel, les cheveux sont doux et souples et en plus ils sentent bon, pas comme avec les coloration de supermarché. Je recommande vivement.

I was generally pleased with the grey coverage and the toning down of the red tones my hair has.
The colour was a bit too dark for me so an adjustment has been made for next time. I like the fact that the colour can be adjusted. I was very pleased that there was no sensitivity issue.
The inclusion in the box of 2 pairs of gloves, shampoo and conditioner, colour guard and colour remover is very good.

WOW! I can't believe how perfect my colour turned out. I was concerned this would be a gamble, but it was easy to apply, and the kit included everything I needed. I love this color it has the perfect highlights of gold in it so subtle and beautiful it's just gorgeous and luscious.

Great experience from start to finish. I sent my photo and picked my colour and I was advised the colour I selected was too dark, and another colour was getting made up that they think would suit better, but if I wanted to go to the colour I originally selected I could free of charge.
I used the colour that they selected and wow. Beautiful colour, my hair is shiny and looks great. I can't achieve this even going to a hairdresser. My first time using and I won't go back. Saving myself a fortune.

Einen schönen guten Morgen ! Was soll ich sagen ! Ich bin von der Farbe völlig begeistert ! Ich bin gut mit einer Fläche ausgekommen ! Meine haarfarbe ist genau die die ich haben wollte ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ein kleines Problemchen gibt es aber ! Der Geruch nach dem färben ist trotz waschen und Spülung sehr intensiv und sehr aufdringlich nach Chemie wahrzunehmen ! Ich musste sie tatsächlich noch einmal waschen ! Was mir aufgefallen ist die Farbe blutet beim waschen nicht aus was natürlich super ist 👍🏻 ! Ich werde erst einmal schauen wie lange die Farbe meine silbernen Stränchen ( Natur bedingt 😁) abdeckt ! Ich kann ESalon nur allen empfehlen die keine Lust haben stundenlang beim Frisör zu sitzten ! Meine Haare sehen aus wie beim Frisör gefärbt also top 👍🏻 !

I received three compliments on my hair color within the two weeks following the process. When I told them I colored my own hair, it was scrutinized and these folks were amazed. Jennifer B. has done an excellent job with the color mixing and directions. I am so pleased. It is a worth the little mess, hassle and time doing your own coloring when you get the results you want. Thanks to Jennifer answering all my concerns, I changed from permanent to semi-permanent and hope it works better for me, time will tell. I was tired of the demarcation line once the next time for coloring came around. I also thought the permanent color seemed to harsh and not quite the right color I was looking for. I used the semi-permanent color this weekend and am quite pleased with the outcome!

My custom color set came super fast and was packaged beautifully with everything I needed to do my hair at home. The color itself was a perfect match to what I had been having done by a professional, but at a fraction of the cost. The directions are very thorough, but they do offer an abbreviated version if you’re not a total beginner. I followed the quick instructions and my hair turned out wonderfully blended and feeling very soft and happy again. I was curious about the staying power, as I’ve had trouble in the past with red shades, especially now that I’m older. I shampoo no more than needed in warm water, but not as hot as I typically like my showers, every other day. Dry shampoo if needed in between. I have had thinner hair since having twins at 35. So far, the color is staying great! Shiny, vibrant. It’s gorgeous. I’m looking forward to getting my second box to see how the next process goes over from there. Definitely much cheaper than what I had been doing. I had no issues there, but definitely needed to find some ways to budget and this has been a lifesaver! Highly recommend!

Very happy with my personalised colour! I was hesitant applying it, but the result was great. eSalon has gained my trust. Easy and clear instructions and very natural colour. I have many grey hair and I ordered a colour without ammonia. Very good coverage (not 100%- which was expected) and my hair left soft. Many thanks to Katharina who made my colour!

Super Haarfarbe und Feeling aber FURCHTBARER Geruch

Ich färbe meine Haare seit ich 13 bin und wollte auf eine professionellere Haarfarbe umsteigen um Schaden zu reduzieren und eine schönere Farbe zu haben. Schön finde ich dass es wirklich viel Auswahl gibt aber man trotzdem so einfach färben kann wie mit einer Drogeriefarbe. Das Ergebnis ist wirklich super und genau so wie ich es mir gewünscht habe. Zur Haltbarkeit kann ich nichts sagen bisher - ALLERDINGS hat mich wirklich der Geruch negativ überrascht. Dieser war so reizend in den Atemwegen dass ich sogar würgen musste. Also für Asthmatiker und sensiblen Nasen wird das wohl ein Problem sein, weil man ja eigentlich auch nicht unbedingt mit Luftdurchzug färben sollte..
Wenn die Einwirkzeit und das einpinseln nicht so schnell gehen würde wäre das wirklich für mich persönlich ein Grund nicht mehr die Farbe zu benutzen. Aber das Ergebnis ist wirklich so so schön. Hatte auch noch nie so weiche Haare beim ausspülen der Farbe.

Just a note to thank you for the adjustments we made to my order. Changing the formula to no ammonia no PPD is perfect. And adding the ash a great move. Your customer service has been responsive, professional and has helped me to be able to continue with your product which I love. Thank you

I was a bit apprehensive about using a different hair colour as I had been using the same brand for years, but it wasn’t covering my greys very well. However I have been pleasantly surprised by using my esalon colour. It was easy to apply, and I followed the tip on rinsing my hair with the remaining colour in the bottle, and the result was my hair has never been so shiny. It covered my greys completely and the colour is beautiful. I did find that the colour improved once I’d washed my hair a couple of times. So I’m very pleased with the results.

I have to say, this really does give you a salon quality to your colour and looks fantastic once done. Coupled with all the extras you get to protect staining and remove any mishaps, it is by far better than normal store bought boxes. I cant recommend enough.

Habe dieses Produkt 3 mal ausprobiert und bin absolut zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis 👍
Besser macht es ein Friseur auch nicht . Der Glanz und die Farbe halten auch sehr lange , fühlte mich , wie frisch vom Friseur . Ein großes Lob an das Team , man fühlt sich zudem gut aufgehoben auch wenn man den Kontakt nur online hat , ähnlich wie bei einem guten Friseur . Die Produkte tragen deinen persönlichen Namen :) Das hat was ! Das Färben ist sehr einfach gestaltet , vor allem wenn man die Erstausstattung mit bestellt ! Weiter so 👏
