Loved it ! Silky shiny hair , looks professionally done !Easy step by step process . Even colour throughout despite left over balayage ends that were not cut . Some grey showing through by roots in terms of coverage but first time I’m colouring my own hair since high school ! It’s still covered but you can see the silver shine through under lighting . Received tons of compliments where friends and family are looking to order . I have a sensitive scalp but had no issues with irritation with the dye or shampoo . Perfect color!!I have to admit I am not good with hair styling or color. Had to go out town unexpectedly so my color and highlights were neglected. Came across the esalon site by accident and decided to give it a try. I cannot believe how nice my hair turned out when I am so inexperienced. I am very impressed with the color provided, the kit, instructions and the little tag to display the instructions. So much thought and creativity went into developing this company!
