package came damagedI"m a flight attendant and I'm on the road constantly. So last week, I decided to color my hair. I took out my box and I saw where is leaked into the box. I honestly thought something else spilled on it. I mixed it as I usually do and started to sectioning off my hair. When I was going to start the color, the bottle was extremely warm to the touch. I have had that happen only once before. Hält was versprochen wirdIch bin sehr zufrieden. Bei handelsüblichen Haarfarben hatte ich immer das Problem, dass die Haare nach dem Färben nicht wie gewünscht Hellbraun waren sondern schwarz und zudem immer abgebrochen sind. Hier ist das anders. Die Haare sind Hellbraun, sie brechen nicht ab und haben einen unwahrscheinlich schönen Glanz. Es sieht sehr natürlich aus und der Geruch ist auch angenehm und keinesfalls zu chemisch. Not full coverageThe color was beautiful and I loved that it didn’t burn/ itch like box colors. Unfortunately it only tinted my grays with the tint fading during the first week. Not usual qualityI was shocked by the state of my latest shipment. I am a long-time customer and I’ve never received a color set like this one. Even during the pandemic, the kit wasn’t like this. If I had been a new customer, I would not have trusted the quality and would not have used the product. The box was beaten up and partially open. I realize this was a mail issue, but inside wasn’t any better. There was not the usual packaging. The items were crammed in and only the developer and color were in a partial shaped cardboard piece. The developer was missing the little cap, and it was some random shampoo and conditioner, not Esalon. It just looked messy and unprofessional.
