Too DarkI colored my hair last night. The instructions said to leave on for 30 minutes which seemed too long. My hair is not one shade lighter as requested but four shades too dark. Updated ColorI messaged my colorist asking for a slightly lighter shade than my previous order and she did perfectly! The color I had previously was just a little too stark of a contrast to my pale winter skin tone so I asked her to lighten it slightly and she did a perfect job. One bottleWhen I went through the questionnaire I was asked what type of hair I have. I have long, thick hair. It’s comical the amount of product I was shipped and when I’ve emailed about how little the product covered my hair, they sent a ends refresh. ???
