Temporary colorColor started fading after single wash, grey coverage was less than 20%. In 4 washes I have lost all color and grey hair are visible. Are you kidding me?!In no way is my hair anything close to what I wanted or described. It is pink and fried and horrible! I have to pay to have to have the color corrected at the salonI was under the impression that once I put the color I wanted to achieve - and sent a photo of my current color, you'd send the right shade to achieve the light ash brown!? Instead it came out black!?! We're going into summer and my hair is black! I have to go to the salon to have this corrected now. Im not a cosmetologist and I know what colors to put on my hair to achieve the shade I want! The fact my hair is black - ordering from a "professional" is incredibly insane! I sent a photo of my current hair color and chose the color I'd like to achieve. It's not even close! I wanted to go a tad bit lighter for spring! Wish there was a 4.5Luv the product and how it makes my hair feel after applying. The ability to customize the color to a "T" is great! I've never been able to narrow down exactly what I was looking for! The color lasts a really long time with little fading. Personally, I have my order set for every 6 weeks and that works.
