Ergebnis ist enttäuschendIch bin sehr enttäuscht von der Coloration. Ich habe hellbraun asch bestellt, aber das Ergebnis ist nicht mal annähernd ein aschton, sondern ein sehr helles goldbraun mit kupferreflexen. Genau das was ich nicht wollte. Zudem hat die Farbe absolut keine grauen Haare abgedeckt, das heißt ich habe im Ansatz immer noch alle grauen Strähnen. Gorgeous true colorI am always skeptical of “dark brown” hair color, because it always turns jet black. I have brassy red/orange hair from years of coloring and bleaching. Even though I cut all my hair off, it still retained that red hue. I used dark ash brown and it came out perfectly and colored all my grays except for a few right at my hairline. Hopefully it stays for the four weeks that I have my color on auto delivery. But even full gray coverage and color for three weeks would be fine and make the auto shipment price worth it. Application was so easy because of the creamy consistency and there was barely any smell with the zero ammonia color that I got. Ruined my hairI requested the brown//copper which on the picture had a pink tint to it. Follow the instructions to the letter and my hair is brown! Not just brown a horrible mud colour which is going to need bleach to lift. I tried this company as the colour I use is hard to get hold of, I picked a colour too match what I used and it's shocking. It's only hair but looking at the colour and I cried... Because I know this will ruin my hair to fix. Rest assured I won't be using this again.
