Great service!My hair was in terrible condition from using cheap hair colour. It was also uneven and just didn’t look good. I need to colour my hair every 5 weeks or so because it’s pretty grey and I’m not ready for that. The first two colours weren’t the right shade, but the quality was very good and it was easy to adjust the tone. Third time was a charm and I also got the highlight kit and the colour is amazing! STYLISTS DO AS THEY PLEASE!!!Stylist did not listen to my request. I told her I did NOT want the dark blonde instead I wanted something else. I asked if I could get the color, I wanted she said absolutely and still mailed me dark blonde?!? I used the color, and it is HIDEOUS! I cannot afford the $300+ my salon wants to do a color correct so here I sit with supposed dark blonde hair that looks GREEN! I emailed about my concern after coloring and no response was received, seems the company is only interested in responding to you if you are praising them!
