Great colour but not enough grey/white coverageVery good quality at home dye and the colour came out lovely and natural, so much better than off the shelf drug store brands and a very good match for what I was after. I liked the kit, instructions and setup which I followed to a tee. Unfortunately a lot of my greys and stubborn white hairs didn't get covered so this was a bit disappointing. Great colorLove this color. My first order did not keep grey colored until next order. Messaged my colorist to let her know. The color was adjusted and is perfect. eSalon is easy to use! Bad product good customer serviceI ordered a dark ash brown, what was sent was labeled as such but it turned my hair a light brassy brown and offered absolutely no grey coverage. I did have my stylist offer a new color but I decided to take the refund and run. I filled out everything correctly and followed the directions exactly so I’m not sure what went wrong but I’d never use the product again.
