It is a high quality products.The custom color set is a very nice set of products which by mixing together creates a beautiful color to the custom mix. The color substance is not very watery so it does not drip but comfortable enough to spread onto the hair with brush or just using the bottle and fingertips. The instruction is extremely detailed and easy to follow. The packaging is very pretty and well organized inside. Everything has its own compartment. The company representatives always reply back pretty quickly. If you ready to color your own hair at home this is the place to order it. Good product but...The product at times does not consistently cover my roots. I have learned that others I recommended to use the color are saying the same. But I think what is the worst is that I have been a very long time customers and spent a lot of money and have remained loyal. In doing so I order every 4 weeks for years now and they should reward their loyal customers with some kind of benefit in free shipping or at least reduced shipping.
