Lovely colourAsked got my colour to be slightly changed after my first order and the colour is now perfect. Color lasted only 10 days!!I ordered black hair color. Thats what I got but after 10 days the color faded to medium/light golden brown. Not a happy camper!!! Will not use this product again!! 5/7/23 - Maggie, one of the colorists, emailed me last week. We discussed the quick fading, and she corrected the issue. FarbeLeider hat die Farbe nicht so ausgesehen, wie sie beschrieben wurde. Darum werde ich wohl lieber weiterhin zum Friseur meines Vertrauens gehen. Das kostet zwar mehr, aber ich kann sofort reklamieren, wenns mal nicht gefällt und bekomme i. d. R. eine Gutschrift oder einen Schnitt gratis.
