Change Hair ColorFew months ago,I tried hair color with esalon. Loved it so much, decided to try again when came time needed color. Only this time I wanted to make a little change. I ask to go just little darker. I wanted Dark Ash Blonde. I was amazed at our come. Simply live the color. And my hair looks so different after coloring. Fabulous!I have tried several at home color companies and this time eSalon knocked it out of the park! Great gray coverage and matches my natural color to a T!!! No nasty ammonia odors and my granddaughter said it smelled "amazing". Followed the directions closely and it was very easy to do. Was great in the beginningMy color was great in the beginning!! After my second color I noticed that my color wasn’t really covering my white hair, not grey but white. When getting ahold of my colorist I expressed my concerns and she adjusted my color for my roots only. Now the third time using my adjusted color I have big chunks of hair that the color did not even touch!! FadedI’ve recieved several orders with e-salon and all were easy and great and within a couple of weeks they were faded even though I’ve gotten permenent. Within a few days of using this new dye my hair faded back to its previous color.
