Wanted same color as first one I receivedWasn’t right color for my hair as didn’t last 2 washes and made my roots look ginger and awful. Order wrongI'm considering ordering my monthly hair dye from elsewhere. My intentions were to be receiving a bright vibrant Red. I've been lightening my hair for a couple months now from black. So now its mostly grey. So that when this order got to me, I could dye it Red. I went to the color change tab, wrote specifically what I wanted. I just got an email stating that my (light brown/copper) 'color change' had been shipped yesterday?
