Nie wieder!!!!Ich hatte ein Kennenlernset bestellt und erhalten. Da ich nicht zufrieden war und auch kein Abo abschließen wollte, nahm ich per Mail Kontakt zu eSalon auf, um mein bereits über Klarna eingezogenes Geld einer zweiten Lieferung zurück zu bekommen. Ich habe keine 2. Lieferung bestellt und auch nicht erhalten. Meine Mails vom 2. und 24. Mai werden einfach nicht beantwortet. Too darkThis colour came out way too dark and had lots of red tones in it. I want to rid of the red in my hair and this picked it up more that when it lightened more red came out.
