Natural ColourI will admit, I was nervous about trying this for the first time. I needn’t have worried as I have had several comments about my hair and how lovely and natural looking the colour is. Looking forward to my next delivery. I have also been impressed that there seemed to be very little colour bleed after first few washes. Colour was applied by brush with the help of a friend, will try using from the bottle myself next time. The process was so much quicker than going to the salon and I preferred the end result. Perfect color and blown away by customer service experience!I am so grateful to have this service, especially as someone who had virgin hair at the age of 37 and has no idea what they are doing and didn't know my options for dying my hair. Déçue à la longueTrès satisfaite au début car la qualité est là, j'ai pu rattraper mes erreurs passées avec des colorations de grande surface, mais au fur et à mesure, moins d'écoute sur ce que je souhaite, d'un brun je voulais plus m'orienter sur un châtain foncé, pas moyen.... Alors que c'est possible je pense !!! Et puis beaucoup d'attente pour recevoir les commandes, les 5 semaines ne sont pas respectées. Je souhaite donc me désabonner, et là impossible😄. Comme par hasard, ça me dit erreur à chaque fois que je clique sur désabonner...
