Not enough dye to cover the amount of hair and it washed out within 2 weeksTheir products are great and easy to use!! However for me I have extra thick hair!!! So they haven't sent enough color to cover the amount of hair I have. The dye also washed out within a few weeks of the color date. Not the gray coverage I needI am on my third or fourth round of custom hair color with Esalon.
