Just like every other store bought color, just more expensiveI specifically asked my "color specialist" for a medium brown that did not turn reddish brown after a couple of weeks. Sure enough, I spent twice as much on this scam and the exact same thing happened. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel (the same scam everyone uses, "try it for $10!" but that mistake is on me). Turns out that there is a way to prevent this, a real colorist did my hair and, for the first time ever it didn't turn red. Apparently, anyone who has ever taken a color class knows how to do this. This product is garbage, it faded faster than even the store brands that I have purchased over the years for less money and they must have poured the same boring medium brown formula into the bottle marked "custom designed just for you!!!!!" Don't waste your money. Go to a real colorist who will then tell you exactly how to mix your color at home -- mine did, but I go back to her because unlike this ridiculous company, I trust her to take my concerns seriously. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

DisappointedI've very disappointed in this company. I paid high price in the end only receiving start up kit. Never my rest ongoing. So I called speak to someone an I was told they sent out the product an this. Was there last time they will be sending out free stuff to me. And I said man that's not what I'm expecting I want to be getting what I paid for. And as it stands still the second time around nothing has come to me except for one round of the product that I paid for way more. Color PerfectAfter moving to a new location and not having the time to search for a new colorist, I decided to try eSalon. Admittedly, I was a little apprehensive. EnttäuschtIch habe voller Erwartung diese Coloration wie in der Packungsbeilage beschrieben aufgetragen. Das Ergebnis ist alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Mein grauer Haaransatz ist nach wie vor grau teilweise ein wenig rötlich braun (was ich gar nicht mag). Ich sehe aus wie die noch grauere Nachbarsmaus der kleinen grauen Maus.Ich habe gerade geweint beim Haare trocknen. Wenn ich meine Naturhaarfarbe hätte zurückhaben wollen, hätte ich mir das färben einfach klemmen können. Die teuer blondierten Strähnchen, damit man einen leuchtenden kupferton drüber färben kann... sehen jetzt kackbraun aus... ohne auch nur einen Hauch vom gewünschten Kupfer zu enthalten.
