Ungewollte Typberatung erhalten.Ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit der von Ihnen gewählten Farbe. Das ist kein gutes Konzept! Ich habe die Mail, dass ein Colorist eine andere Farbe für mich gewählt hat die angeblich besser zu mir passen würde erst gelesen, als die Farbe schon drauf war - ich dachte ich lese nicht richtig und musste dabei zusehen wie meine Haare immer dunkler geworden sind 😮 Ich habe NICHT um eine Typberatung gebeten! Warum wird so übergriffig gehandelt und einfach eine neue Farbe ausgesucht, obwohl man sich überhaupt nicht kennt und niemand nach den Wünschen gefragt hat?! Ich finde es absolut unmöglich, dass man aktiv den Kontakt zu eSalon suchen muss um die Haarfarbe geliefert zu bekommen die man sich selbst vorher ausgesucht hat 😡 Die jetzige Farbe ist insgesamt zu viel dunkel, besonders die Ansatzfarbe. Ich hätte viel weniger braun dafür viel mehr Kupfer bevorzugt. Der Farbton ist überhaupt nicht meins und sieht schrecklich unnatürlich aus. Ich wollte ein Intensives Kupfer, denn das war vor ein paar Jahren meine gewollte Typberatung. Ich identifiziere mich sehr mit dem Kupferton. Umso öfter ich auf Menschen in meiner Umgebung treffe um so Unglücklicher werde ich mit der neuen Farbe, da ich zu hören bekomme, dass das nicht ich bin und die Farbe überhaupt nicht zu mir passt 😫 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

This colour is AMAZING!Not only was the colour the exact colour match to my natural roots, it was creamy, thick and smelled so good! I loved the richness of the formula. I was scared at first because it looked really dark but once it was rinsed out it was PERFECT :) ESalon customer service was beyond kind and helpful. I am so happy with my purchase and have received so many compliments. please read!I normally do not leave reviews because I'm pretty lazy...........And I'm used to spending $150-$200 for hair color, and even then I'm not satisfied and have just learned to be ok with what I've gotten. I ordered my color from here and waited several days to apply....because once again I'm lazy.....and decided to color my hair before work this morning. I LOVE it! It was incredibly easy, especially for a lazy person, it turned out perfect! I love the color, I love the tone, I love everything about it. I don't have to settle for something and hope that some will washes out soon so it will look more natural. I am a travel nurse and have a hard time finding someone to color my hair on my schedule. IncompréhensionComment osez vous faire la pub pour un produit et par la suite me prélever de l argent sans mon autorisation, à aucun moment je vous ai donné mon consentement, j ai testé vos produits mais aucun effet sur mes cheveux Je ne veux plus de vos produits, je vous ai payé et pas 2 suite arrêtez vos prélèvements automatiques sur mon compte PayPal Je suis très en colère, comment vous faites pour arnaquer les gens de cette manière,, je vous ai rien demander, l inflation c est pour tout le monde.
