Coming out redNo back-and-forth communication with the colorist. I provided my initial request and then this was shipped to me without any talking with me, or showing me a photo. I ran with it and now my hair is -- again -- quite red. I am mostly disappointed in the way this was handled. Excellent!My color is amazing, it’s exactly what I wanted! I never thought coloring my hair at home would be so easy, Definately a money saver considering having a salon color is expensive and hard to get an appointment these days so what better way..do it yourself!
