Loved the color and how it made my hair feelThe color is lovely and very close to my natural color. Love the shine too!! My only complaint is it fades after 2 -3 weeks even washing with color safe shampoo. my very few greys are slowly becoming visible again NOT at the root, but the actual strand of hair. I liked my previous color better :(I waited to try this color until 2 days ago, because I have been busy, but also because I was a little nervous! It is darker, but it also has a reddish tint to it. I have had a couple of people refer to me as a "redhead," which I do not like. I do not like this color very much, and would much rather have my previous color to re-color my hair. Probably as soon as possible. I REALLY don't like red in my hair. :( I am fairly certain I have mentioned this before, and asked for no red please! Thank you. Has the formula changed?I have been using eSalon for over a year and have been happy, however this time the colour left me feeling I had poured crude oil on my hair. Starts out strong then fizzles...I love the eSalon service/customer service but I am just not thrilled with the color. Every time I color it starts out looking beautiful but fades fast and turns into a color that looks unnatural and chalky. It may be that the color I have is red, which is hard to maintain. Regardless of the reason, I just don't like having color that I don't love all the time. My very first Custom colorAfter reading lots of reviews I decided to give eSalon a go. How glad I am that I did from the initial consultation, delivery , to my detailed instructions I could not have been more impressed. Once I applied my custom color I could not believe how good my hair looked I have never had a color (and I have had lots!) that suited me so well. just what you can hope forI've been using e-Salon for about a year and a half. I'm the furthest person from being able to do hair. This is the easiest product to use.
