last order - not GOOD?!?!?!?!I am uploading a new picture. I am disappointed with it. My hair is all one color, no visible highlights. I did ask for a darker color, but i wanted to keep the highlights the same. Is there anything we can do? I look like I bought a box of color from walgreens, all one color! UCK!!! Outcome Was Far From What I ExpectedPositives: product was very easy to use and of a good usable consistency Negative: the colour was far from what I wanted, it turned my lightest hair colour steel grey! Didn't coverI ordered the lightest blonde and it didn't even look like I colored my hair at all. I have pastel colored highlights in my hair and the dye didn't cover them they are still the same color. After applying the dye to my hair and good thing I ordered extra shampoo and conditioner because I had to wash my hair 4 times to get all the dye out of my hair. I have very thick hair & I clicked the icon when I was asked what type of hair I have, so that "extra" bottle of shampoo and conditioner was gone after I washed the dye out of my hair. It was fine...I like the product in general, no after smell, hair seems not dried out, color stay longer than my previous product.
