HaarfarbeIch wollte meine Haarfarbe Anpassen.EtwasHelleres rot.es kommt keine Reaktion auf meine Email.Zuvor bekam ich am gleichen Tag ne Email. Diesesmal nicht obwohl ich ein Abo habe.ich möchte diesesmal wirklich die richtige haarfarbe.Jedesmal ist es zu dunkel.Der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig Man muss doch auf Kunden eingehen.so Nicht!!!! Beautiful Color HairI have been a client since 2020 and's it the best color you can get. To me it’s better than the salon cuz it covers all of my gray and then some. Bin begeistertIch habe Mitte August Lichtblond-Haarfarbe für mich bestellt. Nach einigen Tagen kam meine persönlich auf mich abgestimmte Haarfarbe, schön und übersichtlich verpackt bei mir an. Dann ging’s zur Anwendung, kinderleicht da alles wunderbar erklärt ist. Das Ergebnis ist außergewöhnlich- natürlich, glänzend. Great customer service!I was having an issue with my color being too dark but my stylist addressed my concern and I loved the result! However, what really impressed me was the customer service! I had forgot to change my shipping address when I moved & my color got sent to my old address. I emailed to let them know and without even a response had another order in the mail to the correct address. Immer wieder gerneKaum riechende Farbe, intensive Farbe, hält lange, wie beim Friseur. Nicht so dünnflüssig,so das man keine Spritzfllecken während des färbends bekommt. Die Farbe genauso wie gewünscht..einfach nur wow 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

1st time using - LOVE the hair color and rinse....grays...not so much.Got some beautiful color for most of my hair. The gray roots didn't seem to get covered and I left it on longer than indicated. Itchiness and dried scalpsEven though the color wasn’t the one I ordered it wasn’t bad at all. My hair is shiny but my scalp started to itch…everywhere! The hair color when I was applying smelling so strong. Whatever concoction they’re using they need to adjust.
