Love the ColourI love the colour I get for the first two weeks after using this product. Unfortunately, it does not last as long as a salon process. Custom hair colorI am still adjusting to personally coloring my hair. But, I am improving. I like the blending of colors which includes highlights. The cost is about 1/4 of what I paid to have my hair professionally colored. The only negative is the burning odor. not impressedMy first order was ok, too red so I want to go more brown. I sent in my request and nothing came back to me other then your order will be shipped, when I tried to contact the stylist before she sent my second no one responded, I sent the message that I wanted to see the color before they charged me but nothing.
