1ere commandeA peine reçu, déjà essayé. La coloration est facile à appliquer, elle ne pique pas (formule sans amonniaque pour ma part). La notice explicative est simple et très clair, pas besoin de passer des heures à la lire, les étapes sont bien expliquées. Elle se rince facilement et rend les cheveux doux même avant le shampoing et le soin. Une légère modification avait été effectué, j'en ai été informé. La couleur me convient, les reflets cuivré-acajou sont très jolis. Les quantités était suffisante pour mes cheveux, pourtant au premier abord je me suis dite que je n'en aurais pas assez, au final il restait un petit fond dans les flacons. Coloration en deux étapes sur cheveux très long. Le service client est également très bien, je les ai contacté pour plus d'informations, la première personne était très aimable ce qui est rare de nos jours, la seconde personne Thibault était également très gentil, il a répondu à toutes mes questions. Love my colourMy first try with ESalon didn't achieve the right colour, I wanted a deep burgundy brown red and the colour was too brown for me. I contacted the consultant who remixed my blend and the next time the colour was 100% perfect. The only thing I find is that the colour fades fast, that's true for red pigments in general but this colour seems to fade even faster, so this month I've ordered the tint rinse and colour protect boost and I'll see if that preserves the vibrancy a bit longer this month.
