Gray rootsWell i really excited about this color hoping it was cover my roots where i would not have to go darker. I liked how it didn't leave a tint around my edges and was too dark on my hair as using a darker brown color from my salon. Would love to try again but the color takes also too long to be delivered. Good product but kinda priceyEasy to use - instructions were very simple. Like that a timer and 2 pair (instead of the usual 1 pair) of gloves and hair clips were included, and a sticker to hang the instruction sheet where it was visible at all times without having to be handled was a nice added touch. All the little extras were very nice and greatly appreciated. Arrived quickly, loved the personal (via internet) treatment. They do such a great job at ESalonAs a natural redhead who is now middle aged …. I have had a colorist mess up my hair so many times that I was finally jaded enough with EVERYTHING I’d tried at the salon to try DIY color. I thought - it can only get better than what I was doing, which was paying $225 a pop for the privilege of having a stylist turn my hair accidentally pink at every third visit. I have been impressed from the very beginning. I love esalon. This is so much more than DIY hair color in a box. They always respond to my change requests and it’s always looked fantastic. EnttäuschtGuten Tag, ich habe bei Ihnen meine persönliche Haarfarbe bestellt, die ich ja auch erhalten habe. Es wurde, da ich Erstbestellerin war im Doppelpakt geliefert. Ich war sehr gespannt darauf, wie das Ergebnis aussehen wird. Nach der ersten Coloration war ich mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Heute habe ich nun die 2. Packung der Coloration angewendet und bin mehr als entsetzt. Meine sonst gewollte und gefärbte Haarfarbe war immer Schokobraun. Jetzt ist die ganze Kopfhaut und der Haaransatz rot. So kann ich es nicht lassen und muss morgen nachfärben. Also werde ich wieder die Haarfarbe in der Drogerie kaufen. Zufriedenheit ist etwas anderes. Ich verlange mein Geld zurück.
