Love color, Dislike rinsing processI've been a customer of your hair color product for several years and have always been satisfied with the custom hair color I've received, as well as the better condition feel of my hair compared to previous products I've used. There is one issue that I've yet to resolve successfully - upon each initial application, I've experienced difficulty in rinsing the color out of my hair and scalp. Globs of hair color stick to my scalp so that I have to use my nails to scratch it out, even after I've used your shampoo to rinse out the color. I've just spend about 15-20 minutes today trying to rinse the color out and I still feel there is residue still sticking to my scalp and hair. Help! Do others experience this too?
