HorribleAvoid this company at all costs. They will ignore your color requests and send you the same color over and over. Love It ‼️ ❤️I'm tired of using otc colors and several boxes for a one time use with my hair long and thick. I was introduced to this product and my colorist got the color from the picture I sent. Ich liebe diese Farbe 🤩Die perfekte Farbe wie für mich gemacht. Nirgends habe ich diesen Farbton gefunden. Langanhaltende Farbe, ich habe vor 7 -8 Wochen gefärbt und es sieht immer noch gut aus. 1st color wrong and corrected color wrong.The first color I chose was a red copper. It was vibrantly red where it's pink in the sunlight and has a purple hue in shade. The second color they adjusted it to have less red and more orange. Still came out pinkish red. This at all isn't the firey ginger color that I've wanted and even explained to the color specialist.
