Très satisfaiteMerci à esalon pour cette couleur châtain foncé. Les produits sont top : stain guard, stain remover et Le piceau sont très pratiques. J'étais un peu dubitative car c'était la 1ère fois que j'appliquais une couleur avec votre marque que je ne connaissais pas. Je suis convaincue. Custom Color SetI enjoy having the same color all the time. I even been to their Salon in LA. They did a fantastic job putting on my color before I left on a vacation out of LAX. PerfectI finally found a beautiful golden brown base that I can use why I try to lighten my hair with high & lowlights. The shampoo and conditioner included made my hair super soft and manageable. Hair Color is OutstandingMy first color kit was a little to red for me so, I asked the colorist to add more mahogany to my color formula. The second color kit was a perfect color for my complexion and hair. did not like the colorI did not like the color it was to dark and ask to have a different color sent. After several emails I just ask them to stop and not send anything else. I understood the shade below the one I had originally received would not lighten my hair but it would be something I could use later on once this shade had lighten. Funktioniert nicht!Leider habe ich dem Färben furchtbar mattes, irgendwie hellbraun/rotes Haar.Wie ausgewaschen. Vor dem färben sah ich besser aus! Sorry!
