Great color!I don't usually do my own dye, but this was probably as easy as it gets. So organized, clear instructions, nice color, no bleeding. Great! Love the ColorI love the hair color-is so close to my original-if it wasn't for the gray growing out you couldn't tell the difference between my color and the hair dye. Great color!I love the color that has been mixed for me; it is exactly what I asked for. The first time I colored my hair with eSalon, I didn't get the gray coverage that I needed, but the eSalon colorist listened to my concerns and adjusted both the formula and the instructions to meet my needs. I do have trouble completing each step in the time they say it should take, which I think is a result of working on your own head.
