Does not cover graysThis did not cover my gray. I followed the directions to a T and even had a friend here with me to go over it. My grays turned blond and after two weeks faded out to the rays again even when using the e salon shampoo and conditioner. Pleasantly surprisedI was skeptical to try this. I normally go to a salon to have my hair dyed because I am afraid if I do it on my own I will mess it up. I'm getting sick of paying salon prices so I figured I would give this a try. It was easy to apply. The instructions are simple. I was really happy with the results. eSALON ROCKS!!!I've NEVER been great at coloring my hair and usually have it done professionally. The first time I tried eSalon, not only was it easy to self-color but it completely colored my gray hair AND made it shiny. Easy, natural, flawlessI have used eSalon color for about a year now. It is easy-to-use and provides excellent coverage. I have been doing the root touch up where I apply color to the roots for 20 minutes and then add color to the rest of my hair for a short time to keep from over processing. Great option for hair coloring.I really like my new color that they personally picked for me based on my pictures and the desired outcome. I do want to move on to adding a little more red color to it instead of brown. The delivery options are a great thing for those of us who forget or are too busy to remember to get it. They communicate with you on a regular basis. I would recommend to everyone that colors their hair, man or woman.
