Unflattering and darker than requestedI requested a color lighter and more golden/red than my natural color, in hopes of something lighter for summer. I was so excited to try something different. But when it was all finished and I excitedly styled my hair for the first time, I was so disappointed. Unfortunately, the color sent to me was actually DARKER than my natural color, and an unflattering and unnatural burgundy color. It looks cheap and dull. Great color, but....I really like the color I got from this product but I don't remember the last time my hair was this dry after coloring. I don't use a lot of product in my hair, I don't dry it with a dryer or any other appliance and use a concentrated conditioner at least 4 times a week so my hair is in very good shape.
