Colour not as expectedHaving asked for a lighter colour with more golden and caramel tones, and having applied as directed just to roots for the first 30 minutes, the colour is still much darker than expected. SurprisedI love this. The color is stunning - thank you for making adjustments to my requested color. You were spot on. There was NO burning sensation. It rinsed out quickly and completely.
