Hair color delivered to my door!A few months ago, I began coloring my own hair because I just didn't have the time & resources to have it done. I stumped on eSalon. Best Hair ColorI've used many different coloring products and nothing comes close to this one. With the store bought brands, my color would fade after two weeks with gray roots showing. I just though my hair was growing and breaking off. It wasn't With this color, for me, it lasts approximately three weeks before I see a little gray around my temples. It's a great product. Colors gray about the same as LorealI was excited to give this color treatment a try, I am 51 and a brunette, I have been coloring my hair for years with Loreal and occasionally other brands. Perfect 10 (which I leave on my hair longer than 10 minutes, about 20) seems to be the best for me for all over color. I also do root touch up (Clairol) in between sometimes. I tried this brand and listed the stubborn gray as my main factor in the description process, I followed the directions perfectly (did not leave on longer, since they new the issue) the color did not cover my gray and I had to do a root touch up immediately following this brand. Did not work for me, hope it works for others. Best suggestion is if you are going to give it a try, and you are coloring because of gray roots, leave it on longer as you would a store brand. Descent product.My color that was selected is the perfect shade and comes out looking like a salon color. Came in time!I had originally contacted customer service about returning my product even though it had already been shipped. I had hoped I ordered it to be sent in time. Tracking told me however it would not get here in time before I left for vacation. Customer service was not friendly but I'm happy to report my color came in. JUST LOVED THE COLOR. IT DID NOT LAST LONG. AT MY FRONT HAIRLINE MY HAIR IS BALDI LOVE THE COLOR BUT IT DID NOT LAST LONGER THEN TWO WEEKS. GAVE A REVIEW BEFORE. MY HAIR AT MY HAIRLINE IN FRONT IS COMING OUT. I DONN'T UNDERSTAND IT. ANYWAY I NOT GOING TO PUT ANYMORE DYE IN MY HEAD SO I DON'T WANT ANYMORE ORDERS.
