Best purchase for hair...ever...My stylist had never heard of esalon and now she's a client, too! She remarked about how healthy my hair was and how natural my color always looked. No more spending time wandering up and down the aisles at the store searching for the right color! I love receiving the email that lets me know my color is about to be mixed and how to modify if I want. Set it and forget it. Comes to my door on my schedule (which can be changed, too!) Perfect color and soft, soft hairThe colorist matched my hair color perfectly! The instructions are very good, plus they give tips for professional results that you don't find on store brand colors. Amazing Color!I finally have my red hair back! In the last two years my vibrant red hair faded and became a reddish blonde with silver streaks. I didn't mind it much until I started to notice that the blonde was becoming more silver. That's not a good discovery when you're just starting to come to terms with the fact that your next birthday is going to be the big 4-0. After seeing a review about eSalon on Youtube I decided to give it a shot and I am so glad that I did. The Match-Up process was easy and my order arrived sooner than expected. With the detailed instructions it was easy to apply and the color is exactly what I wanted. I look like me again and I couldn't be happier! My only critique would be that the color tends to run a bit when being applied so make sure that you apply the Stain Guard liberally to the entire perimeter of your hairline and to your ears as well. This advice may fall under the category of "Duh!" but trust me, if you miss a spot it will end up stained and if you're extremely fair like me you'll regret it. Late shipmentI used your product once and had them change the color slightly. It was supposed to arrive on 6/2. Here it is 6/5 and I have not received it yet.
