Déçue !!!Je suis déçue car en faisant une coloration sur mesure je pensais enfin trouver LA coloration parfaite que je souhaitais et j'ai été ultra déçue car la couleur ne correspond pas a ce que j'avais demandé. Il n'y avait pas les reflets souhaités je me suis retrouvé avec une couleur basique sans lumière. SatisfaiteC'est la toute première fois que je fais une teinture moi même. J'ai pris la couleur brun doré, la teinture est très bien, peut être légèrement trop foncé pour moi, mais elle me va très bien. Je vais tout de même essayer la prochaine fois la couleur châtain foncé doré pour voir la différence. L'emballage est vraiment très bien fait, les produits sont super, après la teinture mes cheveux n'étaient pas du tout sec. Des produits de bonne qualité. Not quite what I neededThe product was easy enough to use and the instructions were clear. This was a kit made for root touchups on dark blonde hair. Either I did not order a light enough shade, or I did not leave it on long enough. My roots have an orange-y look to them. Definitely not what I wanted. Great colour, salon quality finishI’m so happy with my first esalon order. The colour was spot on, exactly as I hoped. It’s really even and left my hair feeling healthy and shiny! Good ProductThe color specialists will work to find your perfect color. The product is good. It is not as easy to use as the videos make it look. It can be pretty messy. I have stubborn gray hair that frames my face. This product does not color those areas as well as I would like and within three weeks my gray hairs are starting to show a lot. I have extremely sensitive skin and this product does not bother my skin at all. I will continue to purchase this product because for overall hair color it is good, and I can purchase a touch up product from the drug store for less than $10 to get me through until my next coloring; though I do wish they eSalon offered a touch up instead.
