Exactly the tweak it neededI liked my original color formula and bought it a second time. Unfortunately due to an extended illness my third application was delayed by months. When I finally able to order my 3rd bottle, sections of my hair were pure white. I requested a slightly lighter formula. It came quickly & I applied it the next day. Love the color!! best color everI am very happy with the outcome of my hair color. I love it!!!!!! There are no whites/gray hair (just the ones I missed) and my hair is so soft and shiny. Whoever came up with the idea of the little sticky" Looking Good " is a genius. Great concept, great customer service, poor resultsI really want to love eSalon. It's such a terrific idea. The customer service was super helpful when I contacted them. The color was very different than I expected but that could be the fault of my perception. I was aiming for strawberry blonde & I ended up with dark red. eSalon website has a great FAQ section that I used to get tips on lightening the color. I left the color on the length of my hair for the recommended time (I believe it was 5mins). I started the time once I'd gotten the color distributed throughout. Maybe I was supposed to start it when I put the color on the 1st section..? I have fine hair. I've spent more money on deep conditioners recently that I would've payed my professional colorist to do my hair in the 1st place. It's very strawlike now & I'm doing everything I can to avoid cutting it all off. I look terrible with short hair so this ought to be a fun summer.
