A tweak here and thereMy first experience with esalon left me underwhelmed. I had chosen from their selection of colors and definitely didn't get the results I wanted. A few months later, I responded to an email. I gave specifics of what I didn't like about the color. I sent photos. And I agreed to give it one more try. I got rich color that didn't fade to a brassy, unnatural color, and it was truly formulated just for me.
