Love the product!!I had order this for myself and my mom and I use the same color, she normally have a hard time getting her grays cover but this product did it!! We love it. PerfectI love this color. You guys got it perfect. Thank you . The tips you include was great. Step by step instructions and the second bottle was helpful when you have thick curly hair. Lived up to the Hype!I went pretty much completely gray around 27 years old like many of the women in my family. So I've been coloring a LONG time as I'm now 42. Natural looking color that makes my hair shiny and healthy looking was what I sought and I was willing (and did) to pay for. I became a first time Mommy at age 39 and my financial priorities shifted. No more helmet head!The hair color kit was well packaged. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Loved the 'insider tip' to put the remaining color on for one minute before rinsing out. BEST PRODUCT EVER!Have been using eSalon product since 2012 and would be devastated if this company never goes out of business!! My hair stylist LOVES my color and hair health achieved with eSalon's products, and so do I. She says it's the only home use product she will ever recommend, based on what she's seen it can do. The ease of use, notifications, fantastic packaging, to the 2 pair of QUALITY gloves, cannot be beat. The special touches- like chocolates in February, pink gloves for Breast Cancer Awareness month. Better than my professional salon!For years I have been going to a fine French hair stylist, who both cut and dyed my hair. When the recession hit, I tried the l'Oreal products in CVS, but my hair was redder than I like and was getting dry and fly-away. Then I discovered esalon. Before I went gray, my hair was curly and dark brown. For a long time, I tried a lighter color, but it just looked mousy. Esalon adjusted my original color with them, which was too dark for me these days, and now it is pretty near perfect. Not brassy, not black--a warm brown that provides sufficient contrast to be flattering without being harsh. I get the non-permanent color and refresh it every 3 weeks (my roots grow out). Great product if you don't have stubborn graysThis is a great product, delivering rich color and keeping hair in good condition. I especially like the fact that my hair isn't dried out after coloring. My only complaint is it doesn't cover stubborn grays well.
