Spot On!I chose a dark brown color because everyone tells me my hair is almost black. The colorist, Emily, looked at the pictures I included and replied that she thought the color I chose was too dark and was going to mix something a little lighter. It is my first order and I made sure to include 3 good pictures of my hair. She was spot on! The color looks great and I love the results! I have never colored my hair before so to have the results be this good was definitely more than I expected. I even did the color on myself, by myself with ease. This is awesome! loved color, hated customer serviceThe color was wonderful, but the price for reorder was too high. I was sent an offer for reorder at $10. When I loaded it in the cart, it charged full price. So I never submitted the order. Next thing I know, I receive an email stating my order was received. AND my credit card has been charged full amount. In spite of two emails to cancel an order I did not make, I've received no response. Today I receive an email that my order has shipped! Watch this company.
