The BESTI love the convenience of getting the hair color in the mail and as often as I want it. The color has been spot on since my first order and even with adjustments for different colors, it's always been exactly what I wanted and expected. It is so easy to apply and use and comes with EXCELLENT instructions. All the extras( 2 pairs of gloves, shampoo and conditioner, and much more) that come with the color are excellent, too, and make coloring my own hair so easy! Color not correctThis is a great product and concept! The products are of good quality, leaving my hair in excellent condition. The auto-ship program is very convenient.
