Something Isn't Quite RightThough I love the color, there doesn't seem to be as much of it as there was before, so I find it difficult to saturate the areas that need a little more to tackle the stubborn grays. Thus, the grays at the hairline, particularly my temples, don't get the coverage they used to in previous applications. This has been happening for the last 3-4 applications. Also, I requested large gloves and got small in this last order, which barely fit my hand and made the application more difficult. Undertone was wrong :(I specified I wanted an ashed out demi permanenr as this is what i traditionally do every three months. Easy, Cheap and Great QualityI was so IMPRESSED when I received my order in the mail. It was nicely packed with my name on the bottles and directions. My consultation with my stylist was great as well. She listened and help find something that I wanted. At first I thought the color she sugggested from my original hair color was not going to be much different but she was right. It was darker than my current hair and the first color I wanted would have been even darker. Thank you. My husband applied and the directions were right on point.
