Best hair color ever!Initially, I was very nervous to try this customized color thinking that the picture looked too red. I decided to wait until I was on vacation to use it in case it was a disaster. I couldn't be more wrong. The color was shiny, beautiful and true- it didn't look like drug store color and was a better hue than even my hairdresser came up with. Plus, with drug store color, at least for me, I had to wait a week or so for the color to fade somewhat so that I was truly happy with the shade. Not with e-salon! Color was perfect immediately! The application process was easy, the formula gentle (no mild stinging as I've experienced before). Hands down 100% satisfied.
