Bad customer serviceThis is the 5th time I’ve had to adjust my color for no gray coverage and brassy roots. They say that you don’t pay for it if it’s wrong, but I’ve paid for every single one. This is terrible!I received it n was so excited to receive it. I applied the color n waiting … rinsed it all out washed n conditioned it. Waited for it to dry a bit. The color took to my roots but not length of my hair! Geez I look ridiculous! Wish I never tried it! Now I have to figure out how to cancel this! Lots of ComplimentsMy husband comments, month after month, how beautiful my hair color is. He says if he didn’t know better, he would think it’s natural. Maybe because it would be if I wasn’t 63 years old! My colorist does a fabulous job of mixing just the right tones to help me retain my youthful looking hair, which means a lot when everything else is aging too fast. Another benefit is it doesn’t burn my scalp like my professional colorist used to do. Overall, I am thrilled with eSalon and the products offered. Pleasantly surprisedI have used my 2nd colour from e salon today I love it 8-45 I opted for the ammonia free permanent and it wasn't eye-watering like my usual go to dyes and the result has come out well. Also hair feels soft. Colour way darker than advertisedI ordered a dark blonde colour and the colour after i had finished was more like a very dark brown, I'm really not happy as its at least 3-4 shades darker than my natural colour! I think the product quality is ok, my hair doesn't feel damaged so that's at least something. The instructions were easy to follow, my hair came out even but a shame it's a totally different colour than what I ordered. I would say order if you want to stay your current colour and just cover greys it will work great, but i wouldn't recommend ordering if you want to change your colour even if only 1 or 2 shades lighter, you might end up with something totally unexpected like i did 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |
