GREAT Custom Hair Color!!!!!I tried this product after seeing several ads....I decided that it was not expensive and worth a try because other products did not cover my gray hair. The color was pretty good on my first try but when I received an email asking if I wanted to make any changes, I decided to actually tell them. Holy Moly! I got a real answer from a real person who seemed like they actually wanted to make me happy! So we tweaked it, and afterwards, they emailed me again asking for any changes! So we tweaked it one more time....and now it's PERFECT!!! I'll never use another hair color product again. I have it sent to me every 4 weeks and it arrives like clock-work!
