Disappointed in resultsThe mixture seemed thicker than usual and seemed to leave an unnatural texture to my hair. My hair did not have a nice shine to it. Seemed somewhat dull. I'm not sure if you have changed your formula but I wasn't satisfied with the results. Great experienceI coloured my hair for the first time alone and I'm really satisfied with the experience with eSalon :) I was afraid I won't like the change in me, so I decided to go highlighting my hair instead of a full coverage. Sanft und umwerfendIch hatte noch nie ein so sanftes Farberlebnis wie dieses. Erst im Nachhinein war mir aufgefallen, dass meine Kopfhaut keinerlei Zwicken oder ähnliches von sich gab. Die ganze Farbprozedur lief super, die Produkte sind topp! Die persönliche Nuance ist der Hammer, der Farbton sieht sehr natürlich aus und passt sich meinem Teint an. Not worth it!Not sure how there’s so many great reviews. I was pleasantly surprised with the presentation of the box and everything they sent however considering i colored my hair on 10/6 and today is 11/10 that’s not good. $4 revlon lasts longer and did a better job. Maybe because I’m a redhead but I don’t think that’s the case. This coloring made my hair multiple colors. I was grateful I did it right before Halloween. They sent a “root” color and a rest of the hair color. These colors looked like night and day they were so different. So in general, not for redheads! Too expensive and only lasts 3 weeks if that. I wasn’t planning on giving a review but I would’ve liked to have known this before purchasing so here I am. So today I’m trying the second box because I forgot to cancel autoship. I am hopeful that since I don’t have a “root” color that it won’t look as bad this time. Unless a miracle happens with this color job (highly doubtful) I will never purchase esalon again. Too bad too as I like small businesses and their presentation. Really wish I could upload my pictures. Almost looked like a clown. Poil de carotteJ’avais mis 2 étoiles mais je mets 4 car ils m’ont remboursé du fait de mon insatisfaction. C’est vraiment professionnel de leur part car j’ai rien demandé, je m’en prenais qu’à moi-même. La couleur ne m’a pas brûlé. J’aime le packaging et les accessoires. Mais la couleur est horrible ! Je suis poil de carotte et j’ai maintenant les cheveux plus foncé que ma teinte naturelle !!
