I didn't place this order but it arrived I got charged and I won't ever use it,I got charged for auto delivery but I has turned off auto delivery after my first purchase now this arrived and I've been charged for something I don't want, I didn't like the color the first time, I'm not using it again especially at that price . so now what do I do I'm just stuck with a product I don't want or like and got charged for it. My colorist can't tell the difference!I use the custom color to help bridge between my salon visits due to a. TIme b. Cost and c. The product is FAR superior to drug store products. I appreciated the tweaks with the colorist to get it perfect, that it comes to my door and I have it when i need it, that I have enough for my thick hair, and everyone comments on how nice my color is! I actually look forward to coloring my hair now!!I had the painful realization that my natural color wasn't my beautiful red anymore, I've never dyed my hair and didn't like the idea of it. I tried store brands and even some salon outlet brands, I couldn't get the color I wanted and the coverage I needed. I experimented with the color a bit with eSalon. I even spoke to a customer service rep who listened to the trouble I was having and really offered exceptional advice. With her help I have the perfect color and maintenance system. I can't wait for the mail man to show up!!! The only drawback is that the smell can be a bit strong. But it's well worth the trade off.
