Color all wrong, no customer serviceAfter being a customer for over 2 years, the color I received this time turned me into a carrot top instead of my usual strawberry blond. Perfect color!I have colored my hair for years and in later years had my color professionally applied. E-Salon has given me the perfect color and saved me $60. each time I use it. Best colouring treatment I've used yetI really loved the personalised package with the personal name on it, made the product feel much more than a product, but made "just for me"! The whole experience was very very exciting and am glad to be using it again and again. I love the colour and the easy to use steps on how to colour my hair was simple. I much more have this than any shop bought dye, as I have found it very hard to find a colour that does not damage my ends or hair. I love my color!!I am beyond happy with my esalon purchase! The color is beautiful and looks totally natural. The process was very easy, and the instructions were clear and simple to follow. I had my best friend apply the color for me, and she also found it to be easy and quick. I have NEVER had such great results from a boxed hair color, and certainly never this level of grey coverage. Everything about this hair color product is fantasticEven the 1st bottle I was sent was great! I asked for 1 small tweak after that & every time I color my hair, I'm amazed at how good it looks. (And I've been paying a fortune in Beverly Hills for years…) I also admire their packaging & instructions. The instructions are clear & the packaging is fun. Thanks, Guys.
