Impressive!!I'm on a budget, but don't want to look like it. Esalon's process was easy and thorough. I chose the wrong color for me and they caught it. They notified me and by looking at my profile answers and my picture they made the proper adjustments and I couldn't be happier. Great coverage and customer service!First time ever coloring my own hair and although it was a bit difficult I did have my daughter assist me so it went smoothly. Very happy with results . I did a root touch up and did pull some color through. Called and spoke with Brittany to ask some questions about my next shipment and she was very helpful. I recommend giving this a try. Great colorThe color looked natural and close to my original hair color. I like it much better than I thought I would going back to a dark brown vs. the black I had used for years. I only used black because the browns always turned out to be anything but brown. I used blacks to be safe. Almost perfect!First off I love this company! I love the prices, fast service, the whole concept, the quality of the products, the personalization, ALL OF IT! :) The only thing I was disappointed by was that my formula seems to be lacking in blue tint completely. It's just solid black. I've got videos of other customers who use esalon & order the blue black. That's the color I want/need :) so once we get worked out everything will be perfect!
