So unhappyI would’ve given no stars, but I had to give 1 star to leave a review. I ordered permanent dye to cover my grays, color “soft black.” I am so u happy with how my hair feels and looks. It feels very dry and the most unhealthy it’s felt in years (and I’ve been dying my gray roots for a while). It looks lighter at my roots with a red tint (never indicated wanting even a hint of red or wanting red in the base), as if the dye lightened my hair and didn’t put in any color. Many of my grays aren’t even covered and my ends are darker than my roots. I’m very disappointed and totally regret using this dye/brand. Honestly, I don’t know what to do from here to fix it because the last thing I want to do is put more dye on my damaged hair. At the very least, I expect a full refund for what I spent on the product. I will not recommend this to others. Phenomenal grey coverageI'm 34 and have plenty of greys! I've only ever used box dyes and usually see the greys again after a week of colouring. I used this for the first time and a cannot believe how good the coverage is! Also with very dark hair I finally have an even colour with a beautiful tint of red. The condition of my hair is amazing too. I really rate e salon. I got freebies in my first box which was a lovely touch and the packaging is so pretty and luxurious. Attention to detail by these guys is amazing! If you wish to amend your colour or have any issues the responses are so prompt and staff so helpful. Brilliant idea to bring the salon to your home with outstanding results! I'm on week 5 of colour now and I'm still happy with the vibrancy.
