i absolutly love your productstoday second time I opened a box for today coloring and inside was brown mess spills something from hard to define which bottle. The package was from March and was waiting to be used in moment when I do not have any. Fortunately I have one more from April and it was good. Since it was the second time happening, I have an idea, I will keep the packages waiting in standing from now, and you may think about sending them standing, not horizontal. And it could be a problem with the seal on the bottles.. I am sure I am not the one chosen to have it happen, that is why now I have one extra, just in case. Please not take it as a critique, I am very happy to buy your products and I love it. Did not work out for meAlthough the colorists took the time to formulate this color for me, it did not work out. My hair is processed already and for some reason, turned my strand test hair a pink hue, therefore, I did not proceed with the entire head. I will say that Esalon has been very helpful and professional in dealing with me, which I appreciated.
