Way to darkI love how it's made for me- but I really was expecting it to be much lighter my hair has never been this dark ever. When I let you all know you went out of the way to replace with lighter colors for no charge! This will keep me coming back- the fact that you are guaranteeing I will love it- the tips you gave to help get the color out are great! Cannot wait to try new color! You have a member for life!
