Really nice hair colorI was somewhat skeptical to purchase a hair color online without seeing it on a box or talking to a colorist. To my surprise the match was absolutely perfect, the color lasted nice long time and it didn't dry out my hair. In fact, I am 6 weeks in and you still can't tell I need to color again. :-)). I love my colorI have been using esalon for about 9 months now. I was nervous to leave the salon I had been using for years. This has been such a great way to save time and money. I had to make one adjustment to my color and my stylist was on it. She made the adjustment and it was perfect. Then she went on to sugest a product that helps hold my color even longer. Great people. Damaged product.I received s package that was leaking and I received 2 pks within a few days of each other. The company fixed my problem and all was well!
